Hello everyone, I’m Seung-min from Korea. Recently I had a summer vacation in Phu Quoc, and honestly, I was really impressed. I really love those chill evenings—sipping on some wine, listening to soft music, and just letting my mind relax. In Phu Quoc, I found exactly that vibe at 48 Positano, Sunset Town—a place that feels classy yet incredibly cozy, perfect for enjoying a complete evening.

I went there around sunset, just as Sunset Town lit up. The whole area glowed in golden-orange light: cobblestone streets, red-tiled roofs, and little boutique shops—looking elegant yet warm, with a super “Western” vibe. Walking into 48 Positano, my first impression was how calm and sophisticated the atmosphere was. The décor blended modern with a touch of classic, giving off a chill feeling the moment I stepped in. Every corner was Instagram-worthy: pale yellow walls, cute greenery, chic wooden tables and chairs, soft lighting… basically, you just point your camera and you’ve got a perfect shot.

As soon as I sat down, the wine menu caught my eye—super impressive! From Concha Y Toro to Debortoli, with prices surprisingly reasonable, only around 140,000 to 160,000 VND per glass (about 5,000 to 6,000 KRW). I went for a light Debortoli, well-balanced and perfect for the cool evening vibe. Holding the glass, with golden light shining down, sipping slowly while looking out at Sunset Town—honestly such a memorable chill experience. My friend tried white wine—refreshing, lightly sweet, pairing perfectly with small bites like cheese, toasted bread, or tapas. Such a delicious combo!

What really made the evening special was the live music. I happened to visit on August 23rd, and luckily it was a live jazz night. The saxophonist played soft, flowing melodies, weaving through the chatter and street sounds—super chill. The music was just enough to enjoy, yet not too loud, so you could still chat comfortably without shouting. Sometimes they slipped in a few light upbeat songs, adding liveliness while keeping the relaxing vibe. I loved how the music blended with the golden lights, creating an atmosphere both elegant and warm—the kind that makes you want to stay all night.

The outdoor seating was another huge plus. Tables were well-spaced—private enough, yet still letting you soak in the street vibe. Occasionally, a sea breeze would blow through, carrying a hint of saltiness, giving this feeling of being “still yet alive” at the same time. Sitting there with a glass of wine, listening to music, watching the lights shine on the rooftops and cobblestone streets—it was truly a rare chill experience. The staff at 48 Positano were also super sweet and attentive—always cheerful, ready to suggest wines that match your taste or food pairings. It felt classy yet welcoming, almost like being hosted at a friend’s home.

Honestly, my evening at Caveman’s Smoked Rib, 48 Positano, Sunset Town totally surprised me. The wine was great, the live music was chill, the outdoor vibe was breezy and relaxing—elegant yet friendly, not stiff at all. Perfect for unwinding alone, super romantic for a date, or fun and lively with friends. Basically, it works for any kind of night out.
If you’re looking for a place where you can sip wine, listen to saxophone, and watch Sunset Town come alive with lights, I’d totally recommend 48 Positano. The vibe here really gives off that “if you’re gonna chill, chill all the way” feeling. And trust me—one night here will leave you with unforgettable memories, making you want to come back again for sure.
